Professional Workflow Tools for REAPER

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your
access to and use of Kardango, including its software tools, scripts,
installers, downloadable files, training materials, support resources
and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is provided by Foryou AB, a company
registered in Sweden (“Foryou”, “Kardango”, “we”, “us” or
“our”
).

Company registration number: 556254-5300
Registered address: Sankt Mickelsgatan 188, 129 44 Hägersten,
Sweden

By creating a trial, purchasing a license, downloading Kardango or
otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use
Kardango on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are
authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

1. What Kardango is

Kardango is a workflow toolkit designed for use with REAPER. It
includes scripts and supporting resources for workflows involving
dialogue, dubbing, music and sound effects.

Kardango is not REAPER and is not affiliated with or endorsed by
Cockos Incorporated. Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party
software and extensions — including REAPER, SWS Extension, ReaPack and
ReaImGui — are not included with Kardango and may be subject to their
own licenses and system requirements.

Before using Kardango, you are responsible for confirming that the
required third-party components are installed and working as shown in
the Kardango setup videos.

2. Trial Users and Full Users

2.1 Trial User

A “Trial User” is a user with access to the free
30-day Kardango trial. No payment card is required for the trial unless
clearly stated otherwise when the trial is started.

The trial may include technical or usage limitations. The limitations
shown when the trial is provided form part of these Terms. Trial access
is intended for evaluation only and ends automatically after the stated
trial period. A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription
unless the user actively purchases a Full User license.

We may limit repeated trial registrations intended to circumvent the
trial period or its restrictions.

2.2 Full User

A “Full User” is a user covered by an active paid
Kardango license. A Full User receives the functionality and access
described on the purchase page, including one year of available updates,
downloads, training access and support.

Each Full User license is personal and covers one named individual.
That individual may install and activate Kardango on up to two computers
under their control, including both macOS and Windows computers.
Kardango may be used on only one computer at a time. The license,
software, account access and downloads may not be shared with or used by
another person. Each additional user requires a separate license unless
Foryou has agreed otherwise in writing.

When replacing a computer, the user may transfer an activation by
deactivating the previous installation or, where self-service
deactivation is unavailable, by contacting support.

3. License grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Foryou grants
the licensed user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and
non-sublicensable right to install and use Kardango for their own
internal personal or professional production work.

You may not:

  • sell, rent, sublicense, share or commercially redistribute Kardango,
its installers, scripts, source files, training materials or account
    access;
  • make Kardango available as a competing product, shared download,
    public repository or service bureau;
  • remove copyright, trademark, attribution or rights notices;
  • bypass license controls, trial limits or access restrictions;
    or
  • use Kardango in violation of applicable law or third-party
    rights.

You may make reasonable backup copies solely for your own licensed
use.

4. Music, sound
effects and other library content

Kardango may include downloadable music, sound effects, demo material
and other media assets (the “Library Content”).

An active Full User receives a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive
and royalty-free license to use Library Content lawfully downloaded
during the active paid license period in the user’s own personal and
commercial productions, including productions created and delivered for
clients. This includes the right to edit, trim, loop, process, mix and
synchronise the Library Content with film, video, podcasts, games,
advertising and other productions.

The user may deliver completed productions and rendered or mixed
production files containing the Library Content to clients. No
additional royalty is payable to Foryou for such permitted use.

This license to previously downloaded Library Content continues after
the Kardango subscription ends. An inactive user does not receive access
to new Library Content, replacement downloads or library updates.

Library Content may not be sold, sublicensed, shared or redistributed
as standalone files, or in a form from which the original files can
readily be extracted. It may not be included in another sample library,
production-music library, sound-effects library, template collection or
competing product. The user may not claim ownership of the underlying
Library Content or make it available for others to download or reuse
independently.

Trial Users may use Library Content only to evaluate Kardango and the
demo workflow. Use in commercial or client productions requires a Full
User license.

Foryou and its licensors retain ownership of the Library Content. The
rights granted above concern permitted use only and do not transfer
copyright or other ownership rights.

5. Price, taxes and payment

The standard Kardango Full User license is currently offered as an
annual subscription priced at EUR 99 per year excluding
applicable VAT or other taxes
, unless a different price is
clearly shown at checkout.

Payments are processed through Stripe and may be presented through
Stripe’s Link checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated from the
information supplied during checkout. Business customers are responsible
for providing accurate company, billing and tax-registration
details.

Your total price, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes are
shown before you confirm payment.

6. Subscription renewal
and cancellation

The paid license runs for one year and renews automatically for
successive one-year periods using the saved payment method unless
cancelled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting
us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing
period. You retain the benefits of the active license until that date,
and no further annual renewal will be charged.

We will provide any renewal reminder required by applicable law. You
are responsible for keeping your email address and payment information
current.

7. What happens after
non-renewal

If you do not renew:

  • the Kardango version already lawfully installed on your computer may
    continue to function;
  • you lose access to new updates, new downloads, training access and
support reserved for active Full Users; and
  • features that depend on an online service, future compatibility
update or active entitlement may become unavailable.

Non-renewal does not give you a right to receive future updates or
support, and continued operation cannot be guaranteed after changes to
REAPER, an operating system or another third-party dependency.

8. Immediate
digital delivery and right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Economic Area normally have a 14-day right
of withdrawal for distance contracts. Special rules apply to digital
content delivered immediately.

Where required by law, we will ask you to expressly request immediate
delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the
download, streaming or other digital delivery begins. This consent must
be given through a separate active action in the purchase or delivery
flow.

If you have not given the legally required consent and
acknowledgement, your statutory rights remain unaffected. Nothing in
these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

To exercise any applicable right of withdrawal, contact
support@kardango.com and include your name, purchase
email and order or invoice number. You may use the statutory model
withdrawal form, but you are not required to do so.

9. Refunds and faulty
digital content

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise,
subscription fees are non-refundable after digital delivery has begun
with the required consent.

If Kardango or supplied digital content is faulty, not delivered, or
materially differs from its description, contact us so that we can
investigate and, where applicable, repair, replace, re-deliver, reduce
the price or provide a refund in accordance with mandatory law.

10. Setup,
compatibility and user responsibility

Supported operating systems and required versions are described on
the Kardango website and setup pages. You are responsible for:

  • checking compatibility before purchase;
  • installing and configuring REAPER and required third-party
    components;
  • following the setup and training instructions;
  • backing up your projects, media and settings; and
  • testing workflows and exported files before professional
    delivery.

The demo project is intended to help you verify installation and
learn the workflow before using Kardango in your own projects.

11. Updates and changes

We may release corrections, security updates, compatibility changes
and feature improvements. During an active paid license, Full Users may
access updates made generally available for their license tier.

We may modify the Service where reasonably necessary for security,
legal compliance, third-party compatibility or product development. We
will not remove material paid functionality during a current
subscription period without a valid reason and appropriate notice where
required by law.

12. Intellectual property

Kardango, its software, scripts, documentation, branding, training
materials and original content are owned by Foryou AB or its licensors.
These Terms grant a right to use the Service; they do not transfer
ownership of Kardango or its intellectual property.

REAPER and other third-party names and products remain the property
of their respective owners.

13. Availability, warranty
and liability

We aim to provide Kardango with reasonable skill and care. However,
software can contain defects and can be affected by changes to operating
systems, REAPER and third-party extensions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee
uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for a particular
production. You remain responsible for professional review, backups and
final deliverables.

For business customers, and to the maximum extent permitted by law,
Foryou is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit,
loss of business, lost production time or loss of data. Foryou’s
aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount
paid by the customer for Kardango during the 12 months preceding the
event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be
limited, including mandatory consumer rights or liability caused by
intent or gross negligence where applicable.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these
Terms, fail to pay, attempt to circumvent licensing restrictions, misuse
the Service or create a security or legal risk. Where reasonable, we
will first give notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.

On termination, you must stop using and distributing any material for
which your rights have ended. Provisions concerning intellectual
property, payment obligations, restrictions, liability and dispute
resolution survive termination where relevant.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without depriving consumers
of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.

Please contact us first at support@kardango.com so
that we can try to resolve a complaint. Swedish consumers may also
contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes
(Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) where its
requirements are met. Consumers in other countries may use the
dispute-resolution body available under their mandatory local law.

Disputes not resolved by agreement or a competent consumer-dispute
body will be decided by the competent Swedish court, unless mandatory
consumer law provides otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law or
business operations. The current version will be published on the
Kardango website with its effective date. If a change materially affects
an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where
required.
